Oakwood Villas Property Owners’ Association, Inc. is a privately deeded community nestled right in the heart of Palm Bay, Florida. Yet, we’re located within just a few minutes of I-95, making access to all the fine attributes the Space Coast has to offer! Within the quiet boundaries of this beautiful sidewalk community, one can enjoy year-around swimming in our heated pool, a game of horseshoes or shuffleboard or perhaps an active tennis match on one of our two courts. As a community we often join together for cookouts, card games or perhaps a delicious pot-luck dinner!
