	Community Pool Hours: 9:00am-10:00am Adult Swim Yearly 10:00am- 9:00pm April through October 10:00am- 5:00pm - Heated, November through March (covered at night)
Tennis Courts Hours: Dawn to Dusk TENNIS RULES 1. Tennis hours shall be the same as the pool. Use of the courts is restricted to residents, their guests or visitors. 2. The Tennis Courts is for tennis only and will be locked when not in use. Proper tennis shoes and attire must be worn. 3. Use of the Tennis Courts is restricted to residents 18 years and older and their guests. Persons under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 4. Climbing over the fence is prohibited. 5. When other players are waiting to use the court there bill be a time limit of one (1) hour or three (3) sets, whichever occurs first. Contacting the Manager's Office may reserve the courts. Reservations are limited to (1) hour per day per resident.
	Shuffleboard Courts Hours: Dawn to Dusk SHUFFLEBOARD RULES 1. The Shuffleboard Court hours are the same as the swimming pool. 2. Proper attire is required at all times. Appropriate shoes are required (soft sole). Bare feet are not permitted! 3. Use of the court is restricted to residents 18 years and older, their guests or visitors. Persons under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 4. Littering on the Shuffleboard Court is prohibited. Trash containers are provided for your use and convenience. 5. Persons with pool key(s) may check out Shuffleboard Equipment at the office. 6. No more than for (4) players are permitted on any one court at the same time. The above described rules are established to protect the privacy of The Oakwood Villas residents, to minimize maintenance costs, and to permit the use and enjoyment of the courts on an equitable basis. Trespassers will be evicted.
Sand Box Hours: Dawn to Dusk SANDBOX RULES 1. All children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 2. Children over 12 years of age are not allowed on the equipment.	.

Community Clubhouse
The clubhouse is open daily and on weekends for your enjoyment.  There's a television and sitting area, a pool table/ping pong table, a computer with internet access, books to read and swap, board games, and a small kitchen.  It's a place to meet and have fun.  The picture below shows tables set for the 'Sliver Anniversary' we celebrated recently.  The clubhouse can be rented for your private functions (please inquire at the office managers office located in the clubhouse.)  The swimming pool is located directly behind the clubhouse.
